Crafted Coffee provides worldwide shipping to eligible destinations. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Processing and Tracking
Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Once your order ships, available tracking information will be sent by email.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact CraftedCoffeeSupport@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, local service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
Customs processing may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for confirming that products can legally be imported into their destination.
Missing or Delivered Packages
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take several business days to appear.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the surrounding property, household members, building management, and the carrier before contacting us.
Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
