Returns & Refunds

Crafted Coffee offers a 30 day return policy beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened or used consumable products, gift cards, personalized items, final sale products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Starting a Return

Email CraftedCoffeeSupport@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

We recommend using tracked shipping. Crafted Coffee is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Banks and payment providers may require approximately 5 to 10 business days to display the refund.

Items that do not meet the return requirements may be rejected or qualify for a partial refund where permitted.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once fulfillment has started, the order may need to be returned after delivery.
